Of East Pittsburgh, age 57, died on Thursday, July 27, 2017.

Beloved son of the late Regis J., Sr. and late Mary (Rossetti) Welsh.

Rege cherished his cousins, Della (Ed) Dobranski, Sean (Jill) Welsh, Terra (Kevin) Hartzfled, the late Terry (surviving spouse, Mary Lou) Welsh and the late William Welsh.

I have only known Rege for a couple of years, but he was a fun loving and caring human being. He always had a smile on his face and had a positive outlook on things. He will be missed by many. May God Bless.

Rege was a great friend of my Brothers. He use to come to visit me when Joe was in town. He told my kids he was "Mr . Nobody". They thought that was funny. When I told my eldest son , Craig, Rege had died , he said:"He was Mr nobody, but he s Mr Somebody to us." Carol(Hynes) Chowaniec.(Mr nobody was his fun name with the kids.)
