Of North Braddock, age 40, on Monday, January 16, 2017.

Cherished daughter of Bernard & Theresa Hackett of North Braddock.

Dear sister of Jennifer (Scott) Burkhart of North Braddock and Shaun (Stacy) Hackett of Monroeville.

Treasured granddaughter of Martha and the late George Choma and the late Caroline and Bernard Hackett.

Niece of Mary Beth Choma, Lorraine Mayger, Sandy (Bill) Warren, Dennis Hackett and the late Eileen Fulmer.

She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Erin was a 1997 graduate of Woodland Hills High School.

Friends welcome Wednesday 2-8 PM in the Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 700 Linden Ave. at Cable, East Pittsburgh, 412-824-8800, where a Blessing Service will be held on Thursday at 11 AM.
