Cherished daughter of Barbara (Larkin) Howard.
Beloved fiancé of Justin Nieder, her partner and confidant for 12 years.
Dear sister of Kandice and Misty.
Victoria is survived by her two loving cats: Hoot and Dexter.
Victoria attended CCAC and then continued her education at South Hills Beauty Academy to become an esthetician. She was an avid fan of horror movies, with a particular fondness for the Halloween film series. Her creative spirit was also evident in her love for tattoos. Her love for all living things was undeniable. Victoria's kindness extended beyond the human realm to embrace animals of all kinds, with a special place in her heart for her two cats. Her gentle nature also made her a favorite among children, who were instinctively drawn to her nurturing and playful spirit.
There will be no visitation or service.
