Lifelong resident of Turtle Creek, age 57, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 21, 2025.
Born the son of the late Charles Lewandowski and the late Judith (Organist) Lewandowski.
Loving father of Brooke, Paige and Christian Lewandowski.
Adored brother of Charles T. (Diane) Lewandowski, Jr., Lori (Henry) Schultz, Jill Lewandowski, Judy (Gary) Kunkel, and Janet (John) Estocin.
Uncle of Dr. Charles Lewandowski, Ph.D., Christopher (Britnee) Lewandowski; Justin (Tiffany) Schultz and Marissa Schultz; Olivia and Abby Kunkel; and Michael and Erin Estocin.
Great uncle of Lydia and Lilly Schultz and Niko Lewandowski.
Also survived by his aunt, Linda Organist and his former spouse, Dawn.
Tom was a proud 1987 graduate of Turtle Creek High School. He was employed as a laborer for over 25 years with Gaven Industries in Saxonburg. Tom was a longtime member of the AOH Division 17 in Monroeville and was an avid fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams. He enjoyed spending time on the golf course and taking golf trips with his family and friends. Tom will be sorely missed by all of his relatives that he leaves behind.
Friends are welcome on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Turtle Creek / Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave., Turtle Creek, 412-823-9350.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 12 noon in St. Colman Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish.
