Theresa "Terry" L. (Pruchnitzky) Albert

Of North Braddock, age 60, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 10, 2024.

Born the daughter of Donald J. “Dumbo” Pruchnitzky and the late Nora "Sis" Theresa (Nee) Pruchnitzky.

Beloved Mom of Thomas E. “T.J.” Pollack, Jr. of Monroeville, Tim (Krystle) Pollack of Las Vegas, and Todd (Rachel) Pollack of Munhall.

Cherished grandmother of Lilah Straight, twins, Myles and Malcolm Pollack, Alexis Pollack, and Scarlett Pollack.

Dear sister of Don (fiancé, Dina) Pruchnitzky, Lisa Funyak of Delmont, and the late Michael (surviving spouse, Carol) Pruchnitzky.

Preceded in death by her husband, Scott R. Albert

Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Terry was proud to have been born and raised in North Braddock and was a 1982 graduate of St. Thomas High School in Braddock.  She was most recently employed by Family Dollar in Braddock Hills, where she held a managerial position.  Terry enjoyed playing bingo, painting, and crocheting.  Her love for animals was unparalleled.  Terry’s home was often a haven for the neighborhood's four-legged friends, a testament to her boundless love.

Terry's memory will be cherished and celebrated, her spirit living on in the countless lives she touched with her loving nature, especially her children and grandchildren, whom she adored.

Friends are welcome on Thursday from 3-7 p.m. at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 700 Linden Ave. at Cable, East Pittsburgh, PA 15112, (412) 824-8800, where a Blessing Service will be held Thursday at 7 p.m.
