Theresa M. Dugan

Of Pitcairn, age 76, died unexpectedly, on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 while a patient at Harmony Rehab in Monroeville.
Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Regis and Catherine (Tahaney) Dugan.
She was the sister of Regis (late Jackie) Dugan of Monroeville, Thomas (Rachel) Dugan of Monroeville, and Michael (Rita) Dugan of CO.
Theresa was also preceded in death by her siblings: James (surviving spouse, Joanne) Dugan, John ‘Jack’ (late Barbara) Dugan, Cathy (surviving spouse Richard) Bremer, Mary Margaret (surviving spouse, Robert) Ference, Kevin Dugan and Elizabeth ‘Beth’ (late Russell) Yothers.
Theresa was a 1966 graduate of Gateway High School and received technical training through West Penn Hospital to become an Obstetric Technologist. She retired after 25 years of service at West Penn.
Theresa was fond to play a good game of cards but received her greatest enjoyment while spending time with her family and loved ones.

on Monday at 10 a.m.
Theresa will be laid to rest in Good Shepherd Cemetery.
