Theodore C. "Ted" Humeniuk

Of Forest Hills, age 79, died on Monday, December 16, 2024 while residing at Concordia at Ridgewood Place in Plum.

Ted was the beloved husband of the late Barbara B. (Bonay) Humeniuk for 25 years.

He was the father of Jennifer Buss of Somerset and grandfather of William, Henry, Maddie and Clare Buss.

Ted was a 1963 graduate of New Kensington High School and earned his BA and Masters at Penn State University. In the early years of his profession as a counselor, he was employed by various mental health agencies in Western PA. He entered private practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Pittsburgh over 20 years ago, even though he fought the battle of severe vision loss during that time.

Ted was a collector of Lionel model trains and enjoyed hiking adventures. Above all, he loved to cook and was known for his prowess in the kitchen.

There will not be a visitation or a service.
