Stephen M. Conroy

Of Munhall, age 65, died peacefully on Sunday, August 3, 2025.

Stephen was the beloved son of Mary (late Martin) Conroy of Braddock Hills.

He was the dear brother of Mary (Jim) DiBasilio of Munhall, John (Sarah) Conroy of FL, Kathleen (Mike) Bench of Peters Twp, Colleen (Mike) Jennings of FL and the late Martin (surviving spouse, Kathy) Conroy.

Stephen was also survived by 11 nieces and nephews and 1 great-niece and 1 great-nephew.

Stephen was a 1977 graduate of Central Catholic High School and was known as an excellent athlete. His athleticism evolved into a love of participation and viewing of sporting events. Stephen was also a prolific writer of poetry with the many poems which he crafted. Above all else, he most cherished any time spent with his nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be private to his family.

Friends are welcome to his Mass of Christian Burial in St. Maurice Church (St. Joseph the Worker Parish) on Thursday at 12 noon.

Stephen will be laid to rest privately in Calvary Cemetery.
