Sharon Marie Drohomirecky

Lifelong resident of Rankin, age 68, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, July 17, 2025.

Born the daughter of the late Walter Drohomirecky and the late Alyce (Kelly) Drohomirecky.

Beloved wife of the late Gregory Tempalski.

Loving mother of Danielle A. Tempalski.

Adored grandmother of Cara Parasky, Cameron Rice, and Gianna Rice.

Dear sister of Jeffrey Drohomirecky, Sandy (the late Patrick) Drohomirecky Senic, Paul Drohomirecky, and the late Walter Drohomirecky.

Cherished Godmother of Courtney Kelly Jones, Nicole Ford, and Patrick Senic. 

Also survived by her nieces, Laney Keys and Alexis Senic, along with countless cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, all of which meant the world to Sharon, including her grandpup, Bella. 

Sharon was a 1975 graduate of General Braddock High School.  She was employed by UPMC Presbyterian Hospital as an environmental specialist for over 38 years before retiring, where she gained friendships with coworkers of all walks of life. 

Sharon's love for the thrill of the casino was matched only by her passion for shopping.  Her home was her sanctuary, and she took immense pride in its cleanliness.  On sunny days, Sharon could be found floating in peace on a raft in her swimming pool or enjoying a cool beer, with a full feeling of peace and serenity.  Sharon treasured the memories made by spending time at the cabin in Ligonier, alongside her close friend, Rita Kozel.  Above all, Sharon's role as a grandmother was where she shined the brightest. Her grandchildren were the apple of her eye, and she held close to her heart every moment she spent with them.  Sharon will forever be remembered for her loving and outgoing personality, accompanied by her hardworking and selfless nature.

Friends are welcome to a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 12-2pm at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Turtle Creek / Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave., Turtle Creek, 412-823-9350, where a Blessing Service will be held at 2 p.m.
