Rose M. (Teck) Seman

Of Wilmerding, formerly of Wilkins Twp., age 83, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

Born the daughter of the late Nicholas Teck and the late Stella (Nichols) Teck.

Beloved wife of the late Charles R. Seman, Sr.

Loving mother of Barbara (the late Donald) Christie of Slippery Rock, George (Judy Vinroe) Seman of Renfrew, and Roxanne Seman of Wilmerding.

Rose was an adored grandmother of 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. 

Dear sister of John (Mary) Nichols, Larry (the late Joan) Teck, and Steve (Judy) Teck.  

Preceded in death by her sons, Charles R. Seman, Jr., William Seman, and John Seman; and five additional brothers. 

Also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Rose was born and raised in the town of Wilmerding and attended Westinghouse Memorial High School.  She was known for her hobbies, mainly playing bingo and watching game shows.  Rose was incredibly proud of her Polish heritage, which she reflected in her skilled cooking ability.  Some of her signature meals were stuffed cabbage, haluski, and of course, pierogies.  Rose also had a passion for tending to her rose garden.  Her greatest pleasure in life was sharing countless moments with all of her grandchildren.
