Of North Braddock, age 60, died on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and LaVerne ((McLeigh) Holt.
He was the beloved brother of Deborah (Daniel) Bace of NC, Colette (John) McFadden of Wheeling and Ken Holt of NC.
Bob was the treasured uncle of Daniel (Jennifer) Bace, Katie Legendre, Michael (Molly) Holt, Tim Holt and Julia Holt, and he was the great-uncle of Scott Bace, Brady Bace and Mary Kate Legendre.
He is also survived by his ‘brother’ friends, Heath Miller and Jeremiah Miesel.
Bob was a 1983 graduate of Turtle Creek Area High School and then attended Community College of Allegheny County, Boyce Campus. After CCAC, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he served 2 terms as a Dental Lab Technician.
Upon being discharged, Bob returned to education and was trained as a Respiratory Therapist. He has compassionately and thoughtfully served patients for the past 25 years at Forbes Regional in Monroeville.
Besides his professional devotion, Bob has dedicated his life to Jesus Christ and was an active member, volunteer and participant with the First Baptist Church of Monroeville. Bob cherished the time when visiting with his family, and always enjoyed spending time at the beach.

Bob’s Funeral Service will be on Saturday at 12 noon in the First Baptist Church of Monroeville which is located on Monroeville Blvd. As Bob requested, anyone attending should wear bright clothing. After cremation, Bob’s urn will be entombed with Military Honors at Arlington Cemetery in Washington, D.C.
