Born the son of the late Donald Charles Adams and the late Loretta June (McNally) Adams.

Dear brother of Don (Beverly) Adams of Chalfant, and Dale (Cheryl) of Woodlands, TX.

Loving uncle of Lauren Geisler, Briane Adams, Eric Adams and Amber Rigsby.

Pat is a proud graduate of General Braddock High School, class of ’77.

There will be no visitation or service.
