Patricia (Koncsol) Daniels

 Of Springfield, Delaware County, PA, died unexpectedly on December 26, 2020. Born and raised in North Braddock, Pat was a graduate of Scott High School Class of 1954. In 1958, Pat married Robert A. Daniels who then took a job with the Vertol Company, later known as Boeing. Pat & Bob settled in Springfield, where they raised their family. Creative in Arts & Crafts, Pat shared that talent as an instructor in the local school districts’ evening enrichment classes and craft stores. A long standing and active member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Springfield, she volunteered as an Offering Counter, Sunday and Vacation Bible School teacher and was involved with various women’s groups. Pat enjoyed playing cards and board games with family and friends and was an avid baseball fan.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, in 1992 and her sister, Fritzie Glus in 2017. She is survived by her children, Robin (Joe) Bellenzeni of Morton, Tracey D. (Joe) Pullen of Bath, NC and Robert A. Daniels of Springfield; her grandchildren, Stefanie Phillips Valerio, Robert Morgan, and Matthew Phillips; her great-grandchildren, Chase, Brycen and Dylan. Pat is the sister of Ted (Mary) Koncsol, Diane Hreha or Norh Braddock, and Don (Laurie) Koncsol of Murrysville. Pat’s service and interment were private. Contributions in her memory to Purple Heart Foundation are greatly appreciated. Arrangements were with Toppitzer Funeral Home, Drexel Hill, PA.
