Patricia A. (Muchko) Curran

Of Penn Twp., age 69, died on Wednesday, August 3, 2022.

Patty as the beloved wife of Joseph Curran for 47 years.

Loving and devoted mother of T.J. (Jen) Curran of Mt. Lebanon and Jake (Lucy) Curran of Upper St. Clair.

Precious grandmother of Joseph and Nora Curran; and Scarlett and Cam Curran.

“Sister of the Heart” and cousin of Marilyn (George) Gojkovich.

Patty was a 1971 graduate of Rankin High School and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Thiel College in 1975. Aside from floral design work in her early career, Patty was a fulltime homemaker and Mom. She volunteered for over 20 years with Vitas Hospice. Patty made home visits to hospice patients until her own health restricted her to touching patients with phone call visits. Pat possessed artistic talent that she demonstrated in her watercolor paintings and aforementioned floral design work. She was dedicated to her family and profoundly appreciated any time spent with them, especially playing with Joseph, Nora, Scarlett and Cam.

Friends are welcome on Sunday from 2-6 pm at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 700 Linden Avenue at Cable Avenue, East Pittsburgh (412-824-8800)
where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m.

Pat will be laid to rest in Twin Valley Memorial Park.
