Nancy L. (Fedor) Marquez

Of Turtle Creek, age 76, died on Friday, November 19, 2021 due to complications of Covid-19.

Nancy was the beloved wife of the late James E. Marquez, Sr for 42 years.

Loving mother of James E. (Mary) Marquez, Jr. of Hempfield and Joseph (Lynn) Marquez of Murrysville

Precious and cherished grandmother of Isabela Marquez, Matt (fiance' Brianna) Perne and Gabbie (Tom) Jaworske.

Great-grandmother of Sienna Jaworske.

Sister of Helen (late Art) Mozeik who will be 100 years of age on May 26, 2022.

Nancy was preceded in death by sister, Myrtle Fedor and her brothers, Mickey (late Lois) Fedor, Jesse (Jan) Fedor and Andy (Joan) Fedor.

Nancy was a 1963 graduate of North Braddock Scott High School. She was employed for years at the former Dennis’ Restaurant in Forest Hills (now Drew’s) and eventually worked at the Holiday Inn in Monroeville where she retired as the Executive Housekeeper. Nancy always looked forward to her Friday evenings out with “the girls” where they would go out to dinner and end their evening at the Croatian Home in Rankin. Nancy loved games of chance such as scratch-off tickets and those found on her casino visits, and she also enjoyed watching game shows.

Friends are welcome on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8pm at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Turtle Creek / Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave., Turtle Creek, 412-823-9350 where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
