Mona was a graduate of St. Anselm High School in Swissvale. She was a longtime employee of Bell Telephone Company & Verizon, where she dedicated 25 years of service before retiring. Mona found joy in the simple pleasures that made life meaningful. She especially enjoyed fishing with Kenny, and it became a favorite hobby, filled with laughter and shared memories. It was often joked among those who knew her that she always overachieved with the fish that others caught. She also enjoyed trips to Pymatuning, where she could relax and enjoy time away with her family. Another of Mona’s favorite pastimes was visiting craft shows in Bedford and Shaker Woods.
Family meant everything to Mona, and she treasured every opportunity to be with them. She had a deep love for her parents, her children and grandchildren, and especially for her soul mate and devout caretaker, Kenny. Her happiest times were the ones spent surrounded by the people she loved most.
