Neilson, Lawrence L. "Larry" Sr. of Monroeville, age 74, on Thursday September 1, 2011.
He was a Korean War Army Veteran and former part owner of Valley Billards.
Husband of Mary (Redfern) Neilson of 52 years.
Father of Lawrence L. "Larry" (Laureen) Neilson Jr. of Monroeville, Timothy P. Neilson of Monroeville and Michael H. (Alice) Neilson of Herminie.
Grandfather of Sarah, Sean, Brooke and Brianne Neilson and step grandfather of Alyssa and Thomas Trapp.
Step great grandfather of Bobby Feltes.
Brother of Rita Nesky of Pittsburgh, Don (Phyllis) Neilson of CA, Wade (Theresa) Neilson of North Braddock and the late Hugh Neilson.
Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Friends welcome Friday from 1 -4 & 6 - 9 PM and Saturday 8 - 9:30 AM in the Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home, Turtle Creek/Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave. at James St., Turtle Creek 412-823-9350. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday in St. Michael Church, Pitcairn at 10 AM.
