Of Monroeville, age 78, died on Wednesday, January 30, 2025.
Larry was the beloved and cherished husband of Clara “Cookie”
(Mitchell) Cavrak for 44 years.
He was the dear father of Larry (Suzanne) Cavrak of MD and Amy (Howard) Cavrak Halle of Scott Twp.
Larry is also survived by his grandchildren, Nicholas Cavrak, Matthew Cavrak, Alex Halle and Andrew Cavrak.
He was the brother of Dennis (Sheila) Cavrak of Monroeville, Janice (Rick) Duncan of Wilkins Twp. and the late Joanne (late Anthony) Pacienza.
Larry is also survived by members of Cookie’s family: her children, Chrissy (Henry) Torrez of TX, Tom (Lisa) Amick of TX, Tammy Amick of TX, and Missy Yeck of WI., and Cookie’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Larry also was the uncle of Brad and Scott Cavrak.
Larry was a 1964 graduate of Rankin High School. His first job was as a retail salesperson for The Workingman’s Store in Braddock and continued that role as his career until closure of the Braddock Hills Workingman’s Store.
Larry’s fondest and treasured moments were spent loving his wife, Cookie.
