Karen A. (Karczewski) Liebmann

Of Forest Hills, age 70 died Tuesday, March 16, 2021. Born Feb. 7, 1951, and raised in Wilmerding, PA, she was the daughter of Helen Glazer Karczewski and the late Edward Karczewski. 

Preceding her in death was her beloved husband and best friend for 41 years, Jim M. Liebmann.  

She was the loving mother of Eric (Jennifer) Liebmann, of Mt. Lebanon and Kurt (Melanie) Liebmann of West Mifflin; proud Oma of Alex Liebmann; and sister of Diane Falvo of Forest Hills, Susie (Wayne) Jones of North Carolina, and Mary Jo (Mark) Jacko of North Versailles.

Karen was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and was a retired Physical Therapist. She had served as an Assistant Scoutmaster with Boy Scout Troop 90 in Forest Hills where she was immensely proud of all of her Dragons. Karen also enjoyed being a singer and member of the Teutonia Mannerchor Ladies Choir of the Northside.

All services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.  

Interment will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
