Of East Pittsburgh, age 33.

Beloved son of Ralph Bianco and Mary Winkle.

Dear brother of Ralph Bianco, Jr, Amanda Goodall Bianco (James Goodall) and Angel Craig Bianco (Sean Craig).

Treasured uncle of Katelyn Bianco, Caleb Bianco, Kya Bianco, Kyle Bianco and Timothy Bianco.

Justin was a good-hearted son and devoted uncle. He was a volunteer for the Youth Group at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and labored in the construction industry.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

A Go Fund Me page has been established for Justin’s family.
