A resident of Concordia in Monroeville, formerly of North Huntingdon, age 96, died on Saturday, March 15, 2025.
Josephine was the wife of the late James Anweiler, Sr. for 11 years.
She was the loving mother of Donna (Ross) Lobaugh of North Huntingdon and Robert (Lauren) Pascarella of Greensburg.
Josephine was the dear grandmother of Amanda (Brandon) Haddaway, Robert Pascarella, Jr., Caroline (Jake) Brumley and Stephen Pascarella.
She was also the great-grandmother of Patrick, Camille, Benjamin, Joey, Aletta and Leo.
Josephine was preceded in death by her sister, Elizabeth “Betty” Protulipac.
Also surviving Josephine is her niece, Cynthia (Mark) Stutz and their children Alexis and Emma Stutz.
Josephine was a 1947 graduate of Peabody High school. She worked as a secretary for an insurance company before marrying her late husband, Jim, upon which she then retired. Josephine’s favorite pastimes were dancing and playing cards.
Friends are welcome to a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, North Huntingdon, on Wednesday at 10 a.m.
