Joseph "Joe" Hajek

Of North Braddock, age 53, on Friday, August 23, 2024.

Loving companion of Carol Ehnerd for 29 years.

Dear brother of Greg Hajek and James “Ky” (Donna) Hajek.

Treasured uncle of Kyla Hajek, James, Michael and Anthony Cataldo, RJ Ehnerd, Daniel Onder, Devin Pezzano and Laura Robbins.

Joe is also survived by great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by his parents John “Max” and Margaret Hajek.                                                                                                                                                                                                             

He was a lifelong union member working in the Steel Building in downtown Pittsburgh. Joe loved to enjoy the outdoors whether it be camping or fishing.  He was an avid animal lover, from his dogs to his cat. He was a member of the Slavonic Social Club in Braddock.  Joe will be remembered for his hard work ethic, how he would help anyone and most of all his love for his family.
