Joanne E. (Sorbach) Testa

A native of Homestead and a long-time resident of Penn Hills, died on Tuesday, December 17, 2024.

Joanne was the mother of Beverly (Frank Frazier) Glass of Berlin, MD, Tony (Karen) Testa of Level Green and the late Jimmy Testa.

She was the cherished grandmother of Anthony (Jessica) Testa, Nick (Samantha) Testa, Sasha Glass and Jacqueline Glass.

Joanne was the proud great-grandmother of Thayer Testa.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Evelyn Milyak, and Anna Marie Popovich and her former spouse, Tony Testa, Sr.

She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Joanne was a retired administrative assistant for the Clerk of Courts of Allegheny County. She enjoyed walking her dogs and she was a familiar figure as she accompanied them throughout the hills of the Churchill Valley. However, her favorite time was any time spent with her family.

There will not be a visitation or service.
