Joan M. (Reczynski) Polesnak

Of Turtle Creek, formerly from Braddock and North Braddock, age 88, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, November 2, 2025.  

Joan retired after serving many years as a receptionist for the Woodland Hills School District, working primarily in the Administration Building.  She was passionate about her volunteer efforts at Turtle Creek Human Services Center.  Joan will forever be remembered for her kind, compassionate, fun, and caring nature, and for her smile that could shine brightly anywhere.

Friends are welcome to a Memorial Visitation on Friday from 3-7 p.m. at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 700 Linden Ave. at Cable, East Pittsburgh, PA 15112, (412) 824-8800, where a Blessing Service will be held at 7 p.m.
