Beloved wife of the late John D. Milligan for 62 years.
Loving mother of Lynn (Ralph) Wells of AZ, Robert (Viengkham) Milligan VA and Janice Milligan (David Lindow) of North Versailles.
Cherished grandmother of William (Mary Beth ) Wells, Jonathan Wells, Suzanne (Brian) Brown, Samuel Wells, Ryan Milligan, Jennifer (Justin) Daniel, and Justin Milligan.
Dear great grandmother of Thomas Wells, Henry Daniel, Alice Daniel, Isla Daniel and Joseph J. Wells.
Jean is preceded in death by her siblings Margaret Myers, Mary Allio, Betty Mealy, Janet Smith, John Smith and Thomas Smith, Jr.
She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Jean was a hard-working lady, who never let the grass grow under her feet. She was a member of the Daughters of Scotia, Lady Forbes Lodge #118, where she enjoyed attending their conventions and all their comradery. Jean absolutely loved her Scottish heritage from baking shortbread cookies to playing the bagpipes with John. In her spare time she loved tending to her flowers around her home.
Friends welcome Tuesday 10:00 AM to Noon in the Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 700 Linden Ave. at Cable, East Pittsburgh, PA 15112, (412) 824-8800, where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at Noon.
Burial will follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
