Of North Braddock, age 73, died on Monday, August 5, 2024.

Jim is survived by his brother, Andrew (Roberta) Valentine of Level Green and his sister, Rebecca Valentine of North Huntingdon.
He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jim was a 1968 graduate of North Braddock Scott High School. He went to work for Westinghouse in East Pittsburgh and attended night classes at Pitt while he worked there. He decided to change directions in his career and attended the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. After leaving PIA, he began a career with the Yellow Cab Co. as a taxi driver. Jim loved his work in the cab and had the opportunity to meet sports stars, entertainers, politicians and notable people from all walks of life.
For vacation, he enjoyed going to the beach and camping while being with his family. Jim was avid professional wrestling fan and loved to listen to music. As evidence for his music passion, he was an independent Karaoke Dee Jay for weddings, parties and other get togethers.
