James F. Prestia

A lifelong resident of North Braddock, age 88, died peacefully as a resident of LGAR Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Jim was the brother of Margaret (late William) Jones, Patricia (William) Gould and Barbara (Michael) Randall, all of North Carolina.

He was the step-father of Michael Griffith of FL and the brother-in-law of Joyce (late Tom) Prestia of Penn Hills.

Jim is also survived by several nieces and nephews; grandnieces and grandnephews.

Jim was a 1954 graduate of North Braddock Scott High school and later proudly served in the U.S. Army. The largest part of his career was as a sales representative in men’s clothing for several of the Pittsburgh area retailers.

Jim will be laid to rest privately with Military Honors in All Saints/Braddock Catholic Cemetery.
