Jake Kielar Obituary
Of Turtle Creek, age 27, died on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.
Beloved son of Angel (McGuire) Kielar and John S. (Rebecca Mihaljevic) Kielar, both of North Versailles.
Dear brother of Brittany (Marty) Samek of North Versailles, Chloe Curnow of North Versailles and his late infant brother, John.
Grandson of Agnes McGuire of North Versailles and the late Edward McGuire; the late Joseph and late Doris Kielar.
Jake is also survived and loved by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jake was a 2013 graduate of East Allegheny High School and was an employee of #1 Cochran in Monroeville. Jake recently returned from Florida where he worked as a sous chef in the restaurant trade. His passion was fishing, whether in the sea waters of Florida or along the shores of the Youghiogheny River in PA. He also loved to cook, draw, take the challenge of video games, and was an animal lover. Jake had a kind nature and an infectious sense of humor which caused people to smile and feel joy.
Friends are welcome to a Memorial Visitation on Sunday from 3-5pm at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home, Turtle Creek/Monroeville chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave., Turtle Creek ,412-823-9350, where a Memorial Service will be held at 5pm.
All visitors must wear masks and social distancing is necessary.
