Hilda M. "Dolly" (Zecca) Lowery

Of Forest Hills, age 94, died on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.

Dolly was the wife of the late Curtis C. Lowery, Sr. and the dear, precious mother of Curt Lowery, Jr.

Dolly was preceded in death by her parents Benny and Rina (Volzony) Zecca and 12 Zecca brothers and sisters. She was the last survivor of 13 children.

She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Dolly was a career homemaker. She enjoyed her favorite pastime of reading and, being a very social and friendly woman, she also love to take her walks around her neighborhood. Dolly was characterized as being selfless because she was known to put the cares and concerns of others first.

There will not be a public visitation or funeral. She will be entombed privately in the Temple of Memories Mausoleum at Allegheny Cemetery.
