Geraldine "Gerry" (Ondrey) McLean

Of Coraopolis, age 75, died unexpectedly on Thursday, January 16, 2025.

Loving wife of the late John McLean.

Cherished mother of Kim Sergy of Coraopolis.

Cherished sister of Stephen (Cathy) Ondrey and their children, Lisa, Mark, and the late Matthew; Elaine (Tom) Fabrizi, whose children Jackie and Michael preceded her in death; and Paul (Maureen “Mar”) Ondrey and their children, Stephen and Brian.

Treasured friend of Jim (the late Sandy) Christoff, and Jami Jodikinos and her partner, Gene.

She dedicated many years of her career to the Union Railroad, where she served as Superintendent of Transportation before retiring. Following her retirement, Gerry enjoyed her time working at TJMaxx, where she formed lasting friendships with Arnette and Jessica. Gerry found joy traveling to the Rivers Casino, the Meadows, and trying her luck with scratch-offs.

There will be no visitation.

A celebration of life will be held later in the summer.
