Formerly of St. Augustine, FL, a resident of Seneca Manor, age 101 ½, died on Thursday, September 15, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Prior to Seneca Manor, Geneva resided at Beatty Pointe in Monroeville for 8 years.
Geneva was the beloved wife of the late Dr. Armando Silverio for 57 years and was considered to be the perfect minister’s wife.
Loving mother of Beverly (Jack) Barilla of Monroeville, Henry (Dorothy) Silverio of MT and Milton Silverio of MT.
Treasured grandmother of Robyn (Mike) Tongel, Henry (Andi) Silverio, Jr., Thomas (Kate) Silverio, Michael (Faith) Silverio, Armando Silverio and the late Richard Silverio, Sr.
She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
From 1965-1973, Geneva resided in Penn Hills while she and her husband founded the Rolling Hills Baptist Church in Penn Hills. They returned to Florida to continue his ministry and Geneva became a volunteer at Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine.
These past few years, she worshipped with Hebron Church in Penn Hills and St. James Fellowship.

A Funeral Service will be held in Hebron Church, Penn Hills, on Thursday at 11 a.m.
Geneva’s family extends deep thanks for the loving care of Bridges Hospice. Especially they are grateful to Nicole and Kat who brought her care and comfort. She also received much love and care at Seneca Manor. Thanks to all of the workers there, especially John, Alyssa, Daneen and Ollie.
