Obituary

Of Dunedin, Florida, formerly of North Braddock, age 69, died on Friday, March 24, 2023 after an 11 year battle with multiple cancers.

Beloved wife of Gerald “Jerry” Larson whom she married in 1988.

Libby was preceded in death by her parents, Hank and Loretta (Lynch) Dedo, her daughters, Tammy Hodoba who resided in West Newton and Tracy Palmieri who resided in Pompano Beach, Florida and her grandchildren, Anthony and Jessica Palmieri.

Libby is survived by her grandchildren, Mary Duzbak of West Newton and Alexandra Palmieri of Hollywood, Florida; her brother, Hank Dedo; and her sisters, Colleen (Tom) Simon and Carrie (Dan) Herd.

Libby was the co-owner & bookkeeper of Jerry’s Repairs in Chalfant Boro. She moved to Dunedin, Florida, in 1996 on Super Bowl Sunday when the Steelers unfortunately lost to the Dallas Cowboys. She retired in Florida and enjoyed long walks, the beach and her pet Yorkie, Gizmo.

Services were privately held in Florida.
