Elias W. "Al" Sejko

Age 87, of Wilkins Twp., passed away on Tuesday, October 5, 2021.

Born the son of the late Elias Sr. and the late Irene (Poppi) Seyko.

Beloved husband of Ellen (Deer) Sejko for 64 years.

Loving father of Deborah (Raymond) Kuzmovich of Penn Hills, Gregory Sejko of Wilkins Twp., Lisa (Jay) Davison of Jefferson Hills, Michelle (David Sr.) Smirga of North Versailles.

Adored grandfather of Alexsis Kuzmovich, David Smirga Jr., Tyler and Ryan Davison, Melanie and Meghan Smirga, and the late Christina Sejko-Riley.

Dear great-grandfather of Riley Smirga, Airiella Caputo, Eli Smirga, Colton Kuzmovich, and Corey Riley.

Brother of James (Ibis) Seyko, the late Raymond Seyko, and the late Dorothy Seyko Jackson.

Elias is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Elias was a Marine veteran who proudly served during the Korean War. He worked 37 years as a sergeant and then chief at the Wilkins Twp. Police Department. Elias, after retirement, continued to be an active FOP member and a member of the AMVETS. He enjoyed music, fishing, building model planes, and watching the Steelers. Elias was a spiritual man who celebrated traditions. He always cherished spending time with his family and friends.

A Divine Liturgy will be held on Monday at Church of the Resurrection at 11 a.m.

Burial with military honors will follow in Restland Cemetery.
