Dorothy Elizabeth Richards, one week shy of 93 years old passed peacefully, surrounded by family, on Sunday, March 10th, 2024. Mom loved playing the lottery and going to the casino, and on occasion “won big”. She taught her family how to play cards, to fish and of course play bingo! She also had quite a sweet tooth and loved the color blue. Mom grew up in Flemington NJ but had made her home here in Pittsburgh for over 30 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Douglas Aiken) Richards; her Grandson, Charlie (Lane Alexander) Clougherty; her Step-Grandson, Ian Aiken; and her son, Gene Stafford. Nephews; Richard (Modupe) Fisher, Billy (Brenda) Fisher, Bobby (Sue) Fisher, Mark Fisher, and David Fisher.
