Deborah L. "Debbie" Dugan

Of Wall, PA, formerly of Turtle Creek, PA, age 62, passed on Sunday, March 9, 2025, away following a courageous battle with Cancer.

Born the daughter of the late Donald B. Dugan and the late Arlene R. (McWilliams) Dugan.

Beloved significant other of David Kuhns for over 30 years.

Loving mother of Erin Murphy of Dover, DE, and the late Jason Murphy.

Cherished grandmother of T.J. McGaha and Damian Harrington.

Dear sibling of Michelle “Shelley” (Joe Berger) Dugan.

Preceded in death by her siblings, Richard and Donald Dugan, and her nephew, Jonathan Miller.

Survived by her cousins, Trish Slivka and Belinda Berta, and her sister-in-law, Marge Murphy.

Debbie was a graduate of Turtle Creek High School.  She was employed by Maids and More as a commercial cleaner.  Debbie was a Harley Davidson Motorcycle enthusiast and liked taking trips to fish and camp at the Woodlands Campground.  She also loved spending time with her fur-baby, Rocky.  

Friends are welcome on Wednesday from 2-6 p.m. at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Turtle Creek / Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave., Turtle Creek, 412-823-9350, where a Blessing Service will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m.  Following the service, all are invited to gather again at the Trafford Italian Club, 329 Brinton Ave., Trafford, PA 15085.
