Born and raised in Turtle Creek, age 56, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2022.
Beloved son of Rose Mary (DeMartino) (Patalsky) Hoyman and the late John E. Patalsky.
Longtime spouse of Kimberly Abbott for 33 years.
Dear father of Daniel A. Patalsky.
Adored brother of Deborah Drake, Michael Patalsky, and Anthony Patalsky.
Uncle of Evan Drake, Angela Toma, Nicole and Michael Patalsky, Justin, Ryan, Zac, Hannah, and Nicholas Patalsky.
Also survived by countless friends from the Turtle Creek valley.
Dan was a 1983 graduate of Turtle Creek High School. He worked for over 30 years as a truck driver for TDF Services- Folino Trucking. Dan enjoyed trying his luck at scratch-off tickets and visiting the local saloons around town. He will forever be remembered for his warm and friendly personality.
Friends are welcome Sunday from 2-7 p.m. at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Turtle Creek / Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave., Turtle Creek, 412-823-9350.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Colman Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish.
Dan will be laid to rest in Good Shepherd Cemetery.
