Daniel A. Harris

Formerly of Monroeville, and since October 2020 of Zephyrhills, FL, died on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 due to Covid-19 complications.

Beloved husband of Elizabeth M. (Skendrovic) Harris for 27 years.

Loving and proud father of Meghan (William) Blakeman and Stephen Harris all of Florida.

Son of the late Richard “Butch” Harris and the late Judith (Nicholls) Harris who died on October 3, 2021.

Brother of Dawn (Louis) Brady of NJ and Richard (Amy) Harris of Springdale.

Brother-in-law of Rebecca (Lawrence) Oliver of FL.

Uncle of Caitlin, Emily, Joseph and Matthew Harris; Zachary and Noah Kimball and Keegan Oliver.

Great-uncle of Brooklyn Harris and the late Ryan “Bubby” Harris.

Dan was a 1988 graduate of Woodland Hills High School. For 34 years he was employed with UPMC, most recently as a supervisor with Medcall of UPMC. Dan enjoyed the beach, all things Disney and sipping Jack Daniels. However, his favorite time was any time he could spend with his family.

Friends are welcome on Friday from 4-7pm and Saturday from 2-7 pm at  Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Turtle Creek / Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave., Turtle Creek, 412-823-9350 where a Funeral Service will take place on Saturday at 7pm.
