Caroline June Kosala Obituary
A lifelong resident of Turtle Creek, age 94, died on Monday, November 13, 2023.
June was the beloved wife of the late Michael G. Kosala for 52 years.
She was the loving mother of Kathy Glaid of Monroeville and cherished grandmother of Jessica (Matt) Sargo of Manor and Jeffrey (Meghann) Glaid of Casper, Wyoming.
Dear great-grandmother of Tyler Kido and Spencer Sargo.
June was the sister of the late Jack Manclark and the late Peggy Barnes.
She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
After a brief stint working at the Westinghouse Airbrake Co in Wilmerding, she began her career as a homemaker for her family. Favorite pastimes were gathering with her card club and also playing a good game of bingo.
Friends are welcome on Thursday from 2-8pm at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Turtle Creek / Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave., Turtle Creek, 412-823-9350 where a Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m.
June will be laid to rest in Good Shepherd Cemetery.
