Benjamin M. Kaefer

Of Munhall, a native of East Pittsburgh, age 62, passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2026.

Ben was the beloved son of Mary (Boros) Kaefer of East Pittsburgh and the late Benjamin J. Kaefer.

He was the dear brother of Steve (the late Margaret) Kaefer of East Pittsburgh and Daniel (Heather) Kaefer of Pitcairn.

Ben is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Ben was a 1981 graduate of Turtle Creek Area High School and attended Clarion University.

In his early work career, Ben was a manager for Godfather’s Pizza in Monroeville and later moved to Virginia to manage a family member’s Long John Silver. After his career in Food Service management, Ben Became a Pharmacy Tech and was employed with Allegheny General Hospital. His final career stop was his current profession as the owner of Kaefer Income Tax Services.

There will not be a visitation or public service.

Ben will be laid to rest privately in Monongahela Cemetery.
