Arthur E. "Artie" Klein

Of Pitcairn, age 68, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026.

Born the son of Gloria Loughlin and the late Elwood Klein.

Beloved father of Nicholas Klein and Christopher Klein, both of AZ.

Loving companion of Nettie Ray of Pitcairn.

Dear stepfather of Josh Ray and Paul (Erica Halloran) Ray.

Artie proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy, having served during the Vietnam era.  Artie held several jobs throughout his lifetime.  While living in Arizona, he worked as a baggage handler for Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.  He was also employed at Kauffman’s in Glassport where he served as a warehouse laborer.  He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.  Artie also had a love for classic rock music; Aerosmith was undoubtedly his favorite band.  He found joy in watching classic television shows and country westerns, and also collecting various items, such as gnomes and mugs. 

Artie was laid to rest privately with Military Honors in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
