Arlene A. (Kuberski) Spirk

Of Monroeville, formerly of Turtle Creek, age 79, died on Monday, January 4, 2021.

Wife of the late Robert J. Spirk for 55 years.

Daughter of the late Wilhelmina (Skrabski) and the late Leon Kuberski.

Loving mother of Wendy (Donald “Mark”) Porter of Turtle Creek, Robert S. (Jodi) Spirk of West Mifflin, and Kenneth P. Spirk of Monroeville.

Dear grandmother of Colleen (Joe) Fink, Donald M. (Brittney Hollup) Porter, Jr., and Kyle (Kirsten Andrews) Porter.

Proud great-grandmother of Hailey R. Porter and Donald M. Porter III.

Arlene worked as a cashier at Giant Eagle in Monroeville for many years. She was a former Boy Scout and Cub Scout leader of Troop 47, in Turtle Creek, where she mentored 13 Eagle Scouts.

Friends are welcome on Friday, 2-7pm at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Turtle Creek / Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave., Turtle Creek, 412-823-9350. Where a blessing service will be held on Saturday at 11am.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines will be followed, and all visitors are required to wear a face mask.

Arlene will be laid to rest at Braddock Catholic Cemetery next to her husband.
