Anthony "Tony" M. Herman

Of Forest Hills, age 70, died on Friday, May 9, 2025.

Tony was the devoted and beloved husband of Renee (Bernard) Herman for 41 years.

He was the loving father of Seth (Alyssa) Herman of Tarentum.

Tony is also survived by his brothers, Joseph (Laura) Herman of Delmont, Edward Herman of Delmont, Thomas (Helen) Herman of Belle Vernon and his sister, Theresa (John) Doody of FL., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, John Herman and his sisters, Barbara Surma and Christine Herman.

Tony was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War era. He was a long-time employee of the P&A Beer Distributor in Braddock Hills where he was a dedicated employee. His favorite pastime was any time that he could spend with his family.

Friends are welcome on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8pm at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 700 Linden Ave. at Cable, East Pittsburgh, PA 15112, (412) 824-8800 where a Blessing Service will be held on Thursday at 7pm, followed by a Presentation of Military Honors.

Tony will be laid to rest in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies on Monday, May 19 at 10:30 a.m.
