Of North Braddock, age 87, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Pat was born on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 1938, which warranted his middle name of 'Patrick'.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Cecilia (Mazik) Lescinsky.
He was the beloved husband of Theresa M. (Rothrauff) Lescinsky for 65 years.
Pat was the loving father of Cheri (Ryan) Wagner, David (Melissa) Lescinsky and the late infant, Anthony.
He was the cherished grandfather of Brandon (Amanda) Lescinsky, Alyssa Lescinsky, Haley Wagner, Mackenzie Lescinsky and David Lescinsky.
Pat was the proud great-grandfather of Myla and Xavier.
He was the dear brother of the late Charlene (late Fred) Ponta.
Pat is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pat was a 1956 graduate of North Braddock Scott High School and served in the U.S. Army at Fort Sam Houston in the early 1960’s. He was a 30-year employee of U.S. Steel’s Homestead Plant and, after the plant closure, was employed for 15 years at MSI in Apollo.
In his spare time Pat enjoyed listening to Country Music and following sports on television, especially all of the Pittsburgh teams and the Little League World Series.
Theresa offers special thanks to Family Hospice, especially Nurse Gina and Health Aide Lashon. She is also grateful for her loving and attentive niece, Melissa Rothrauff.
As per Pat’s wishes, a Memorial Mass will be held privately with his family, followed by a Presentation of Military Honors.
