Alice M. (Nehilla) Wagner

Of Wilkinsburg, age 96, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 23, 2026 in the presence of her family.

Alice was born December 27,1929, the daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Nehilla.

Alice was the beloved and devoted mother of Judy (Marc) Kalson of FL, Carol (Clyde) Aber of Butler, Jim (Reba) Wagner of Butler and Jill Wright of Penn Hills.

She was the grandmother of Christy (Rob) Bober, Jim Wagner and Alexandra Veoni.

Alice was also the great-grandmother of Helana, Ciara, Gionni and Lucy.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Cal (late Mary Lou) Nehilla.

Alice was a 1947 graduate of Braddock High School and served for many years as a Nurse’s Aide at the former St. Francis Hospital. During her work career and in her retirement, Alice loved to travel the world. Her trips took her to China, India, Turkey and many European countries. If not travelling, Alice enjoyed shopping.

Mass of Christian Burial will be in St. Joseph the Worker Church (formerly St. Maurice) in Forest Hills on Wednesday at 12 noon.

Alice will be laid to rest in Monongahela Cemetery.
