Alan W. Utt

Alan W. Utt, age 80, of Erie, passed away on Saturday November 29, 2025, at Nightingale Nursing Facility in Erie, PA. He was born in East McKeesport, PA on March 25, 1945, a son of the late, Ernest and Edna (Forman) Utt. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Diana (Bordogna) Utt on August 28, 2025, and one brother Larry Utt.

Alan graduated from East McKeesport High School in 1963 and proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a maintenance supervisor working for Westinghouse Co. for over twenty years and eventually retired from PHB in 2007, after nine years serving as their maintenance supervisor. Alan enjoyed playing all sports, and had a true passion for golf and small game hunting

He is survived by his half-brother, Kenneth (Roberta) Utzler of McKungle, PA; two brothers-in-law, William (Rose) Bordogna of Monroeville, PA and Jeffrey (Mara) Bordogna of North Versaillies, PA; one sister-in-law, Millie Utt of Irwin, PA and several nieces and nephews
