Age 100 of Forest Hills, formerly of East Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2017.  Wife of the late Oswald Hinkelman; beloved mother of Kenneth (Marti) Hinkelman, Alan (Ruth) Hinkelman and Linda (Alan) Turner.  Loving grandmother of Kelly (Jim) Carrig, Karin (Dan) Whigham, Kori (Brian) Essig, Jeffrey (Hannah Rosen), Christy, Thomas (Gayle), Rhonda Turner, Brandon (Melissa) Turner and Steven (Jennifer) Turner.  Great grandmother of Tony; Benjamin, Lauren, Samuel, Ezekiel, James, Katharine; Hunter, Mason, Neena Essig; and Ariana and Samuel Turner.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Florence Gulentz, sisters Ann Allen and Marie Narey, and brother, Charles Gulentz.

Louise was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 5008 in East Pittsburgh for over 50 years.  She was a charter member of the Forest Hills AARP 2556 where she served as a tour director for over 30 years.

Louise was a longtime member of the former Hebron Lutheran Church and current member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

Louise loved to watch Steelers and Pirates games.  She loved to travel and, most of all, loved to spend time with her family.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 & 6-8pm at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home 700 Linden Ave, East Pittsburgh 15112 (412-824-8800)  A Service of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.

Entombment will follow at Penn Lincoln Cemetery, North Huntingdon.
