John R. "Bud" Kleckner

Age 83 of Plum, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 7, 2015  surrounded by his family.

 Bud was the beloved husband of Claire (Wehrle) for 62 years;

 Loving father of  John "Buddy" Kleckner of Wilkins Twp., Cathy (Tom) Zelahy of Plum, Jonette (Patrick) Caldwell of Plum, Donna Kleckner of Raleigh NC, Mary Beth (Walt) Swanstrom of Penn Trafford, and Pam (Steven) Peterman of Plum and the late Mary Claire Kleckner.

 Treasured grandfather of 12 grandchildren;

 Endearing great-grandfather of 11 great-grandchildren;

 Cherished brother of Don Kleckner and the late Ron Kleckner

 Bud was a proud Army Veteran and was enlisted during the Korean War. He was also Mechanical Engineer for Westinghouse for 30 years.

 In his free time Bud enjoyed fishing and gambling. 

Friends welcome on Sunday October 11, 2015 from 2-8 PM at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home, Turtle Creek/Monroeville Chapel, 1111 Monroeville Ave. at James St., Turtle Creek 412-823-9350.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 12, 2015 at 11:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Church in Plum.

 Following Mass, Bud will be laid to rest with Military Honors in St. Joseph Cemetery.
