Survey Results of our Service
Since 2000, we have been sending a survey to each and every family we serve, in order to evaluate our service.

A sample survey form can be view below.

Over 600 of those families have responded to our request for input. That is a considerably high percentage for this type of survey.  Most have answered all of the questions, but some folks only completed portions of the survey.

We are extremely pleased with the results that are tabulated and shown along with some random comments.
