Of Murrysville, formerly of Forest Hills, age 85, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
Nan was the beloved wife of Louis Renda for 64 years.
She was the loving and treasured mother of Louis (Holly) Renda of Forest Hills, Raymond (Lori) Renda of Export, Philip (Shari) Renda of Ohio and Joseph (Megan) Renda of New Jersey.
Nan was the proud and cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Michael) Priore and Joseph Renda; Andrew (Phoebe) Renda, Melanie (Rory) McKinnon, Adam Renda and Nicholas Renda; Jordan (Laura) Renda, Mitchell (Colleen) Renda and Kevin Renda; Louis Jacob “Jake” Renda, Samantha Renda and William ‘Will’ Renda.
She is also survived by her precious 3 great-grandchildren, Marco, Mia and Melina Priore.
Nan was one of 12 children of Joseph Percy Naylor and Alice (Manion) Naylor. She is survived by her brothers, Gerald (Rose) Naylor and Daniel (Susan) Naylor.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Theresa Mignogna, Carolyn (late Buv) Seibel and Regina Naylor; and her brothers, Bill (surviving spouse, Diana) Naylor, Arthur Naylor, Fr. Ron Naylor, Charles Naylor, Michael Naylor and Joseph Naylor.
Nan is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In her early work career, before her son, Lou, was born, Nan was employed at Mesta Machine and later became employed at Bell Telephone. Her last employment, after the boys were raised, was as the Office Manager for Lou’s company, Suburban Glass in East Pittsburgh.
Nan was a devout Catholic and lived a faith-filled life which was exemplified by her unselfishness in taking care of others. Her favorite pastimes were spending time with family and friends, cooking, baking and participating in a good card game.

Mass of Christian Burial in Mother of Sorrows Church, Murrysville, on Monday at 10 a.m. with Fr. Terry O’Connor serving as the celebrant.
Nan will be laid to rest in Good Shepherd Cemetery.
